Lions Club Concert series
The Columbia Falls Lions Club has announced its summer concert series. All concerts are Thursday nights and run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Marantette Park in Columbia Falls.
Here’s the lineup:
June 19: Roots Uprising, reggae music.
July 24: Flathead Valley Community Band.
Aug. 7: Don Lawrence Orchestra.
All concerts are sponsored by Glacier Bank.
Free Canyon meal
The free Canyon Community Dinner, held at the Canyon Elementary will be Thursday, May 29 between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Delicious menu this month is a beef enchilada served with Mexican rice and a green salad with churros for dessert. Free Columbia Falls meals
Columbia Falls Community Kitchen will be serving free, delicious meals in the basement of St. Richard’s Catholic Church at 6 p.m. on May 30 and 31. CFCK is a nondenominational, volunteer-based group who welcomes everyone. Hope to see you there.
