Harvestfest this weekend

Join the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce Saturday, Oct. 19 for its second annual Harvestfest in Hungry Horse at Canyon Elementary School.

Events include a children’s costume fun run and costume parade, dessert auction, pie eating contest, kid’s crafts, games and activities, chili cook-off, cornbread competition, free chili lunch, and many more fall activities.

The kids fun run starts at noon with a costume parade and there’s a pie- eating contest at 1 p.m. In addition, there’s a 5K run along the Flathead River.
