Ells of Kalispell wins Glacier Bank Boogie to Bank 5k
Sam Ells of Kalispell won the 5k race in the Glacier Bank Boogie to the Bank Saturday during Heritage Days and Ebenezer Delaney of Polson won the 10k.
Ells clocked a 14:53.9 while Delaney had a 33:35.9.
In the women’s 10k it was Morgan Delaney of Polson. The 15-year-old clocked a 38.29.6, while in the women’s 5k it was Lauren Bissen of Kalispell with 18:47.
Top female from Columbia Falls was Mya Badger in the 5k with a 20.22 while Marissa Schaeffer was right behind her with a 20.34. They took 8th and 9th respectively.
In the 10K top female from Columbia Falls was Niki Dezzani who ran a 45.22, taking 4th.
Top male from Columbia Falls in the 10k was Cosley Payne who took third with a time of 37.49. Top 5k male from Columbia Falls was Hoot Peterson who took 12th with a 16:55.
The oldest runner was Bill Anderson, 86, of Columbia Falls who took 78th in the 5k with a time of 38.25.
