Toys for Tots deadline soon, sorting volunteers needed

The annual Marine Corps Toys for Tots program which donates thousands of toys to less fortunate children in Flathead and Lincoln counties will have its annual sorting and unloading day at the Kalispell Armed Forces Reserve Center starting about 8 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14.

Volunteers are always needed to help unload and sort toys for the program.  Toy distribution is from Dec. 18-20.

Deadline for toy applications is Dec. 17.

Last year about 38,000 toys were donated, serving about 3.000 families.
