Sports meeting

Columbia Falls High School will have a fall sports information Thursday (Aug. 15), at 6 p.m. in the little theater of the high school. General meeting will be followed by sports specific meetings for cross country, football, and volleyball. Soccer, golf, and cheerleading will have separate meetings to be announced later.

Blue and white BBQ

The annual Blue and White barbecue is Thursday, Aug. 22 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Come support the Columbia Falls Booster Club, while celebrating all our upcoming fall sports teams. $5 dinner plate (burger/hotdog, chips, cookie and drink). Wildcat merchandise will be on sale.

Women meet

Columbia Falls Women’s Connection will host a luncheon on Aug. 21 at 11:30 a.m. at the First Baptist Church located at 827 9th St West in Columbia Falls. Special feature is the Boys and Girls Club of Columbia Falls. And keynote speaker, retired pediatrician Janice Craig will share her amazing story. Donations of individually wrapped snacks and children’s craft supplies will be collected for Boys and Girls Club of Columbia Falls. Cost is $10 and all women are welcome to attend.
