Oct. 6
Police were called to Sixth Avenue to pick up drugs and drug paraphernalia from the resident’s daughter’s room after the daughter was put in Pathways treatment.
Oct. 7
On Evening Star Lane, a suspected squatter was reported in the house of a deceased person. A disturbance of the peace was called in on Nucleus Avenue between neighbors arguing. Two men and two women were reported physically fighting and slamming each other into vehicles on Ninth Street.
Oct. 8
A smoke investigation was called on Cedar Pointe Loop where it was suggested bear spray or some other chemical may have been burned. A man was arrested on 15th Street for a DUI, resisting arrest and multiple traffic violations.
Oct. 9
The catalytic converter was reported stolen off a truck on Driftwater Way.
Oct. 10
Suspected abuse was called on a couple when the husband reportedly slapping things out of his wife’s hands and shaking her by her shoulders after she spilled coffee on Ninth Street.
Oct. 11
A fraudulent prescription was dropped off and picked up at Smith’s pharmacy.
Oct. 12
A school bus driver may be investigated after being reported driving recklessly while taking students home from school — braking suddenly to jostle the passengers and blaming dangerous driving on the children’s behavior.
