Nov. 18
A woman on Ninth Street requested a civil standby as she removed her belongings from her ex boyfriend’s apartment.
Nov. 19
A vehicle was reported with “all four tires up” in a ditch off Crescent Drive, no injuries were listed. A mother on probation for drug offenses was called in by her children’s father on First Street as she attempted to make contact with them screaming from her vehicle; he was advised on restraining orders. A woman was called in after acting strangely towards a cashier on Nucleus Avenue, speaking of the devil with her eyes rolling back in her head. Graffiti reading “Krook$,” “We$tside Killa$ and Drilla$,” and “Winner$” was reported at various intersections across town.
