A 12-year-old female was reported as an MIP for having a vape on Talbot Road. A fake revolver was found in the field next to Montana Veterans’ Home, turned in as suspicious activity.
Nov. 8
On Third Street, officers made a mental health call concerning a 37-year-old male screaming and behaving violently, which started as a physical fight between brothers and was ultimately de-escalated.
Nov. 9
A 15-year-old male was cited for trespassing for stealing eye drops on Ninth Street, reportedly returning to a car with other minors that smelled of marijuana.
Nov. 10
An escaped toddler was returned to their home on Martha Road. A male was caught shoplifting and banned from all Super 1 grocery stores for a year.
Nov. 11
A caller on Rogers Road turned in what she identified as meth found in her driveway. On Vans Avenue, a custody battle ensued where a father refused to return his son to his aunt so he could be flown back to his mother in Michigan.
Nov. 12
Burglary was reported on Vans Avenue, which allegedly included the homeowner’s dog’s ashes.
Nov. 13
On Highway 93 in Whitefish, an angry customer threw someone at the glass liquor display and caused damage, then left the scene.
