Report of a disgruntled painter writing “pay the painter” all over a building on 1st Avenue after not receiving payment for work in a timely manner. Several teenage boys hanging off of a truck driving recklessly on 11th Street; reporting party also saw beer cans in the vehicle.

Police confronted a father and son who were working on a motorcycle, a neighbor had reported that someone was speeding on a bike. The officer told them not to drive on the streets because it was not a street legal bike.
March 23
A mother called asking for police to remove her adult daughter and grandchild from her home because they were “no longer welcome.” Dispatch informed her that because they had established residency she would need to contact her landlord about the incident and the young girl was given a three day notice to vacate. Report of a hit and run involving a camper doing over $1,000 in damage to a silver Toyota in the Smith’s parking lot on Nucleus.

A neighbor reported screaming and revving engines at a nearby home, by the time police arrived a young man answered the door who said his mom’s ex boyfriend came to get some of his belongings but left before police arrived. Report of a 71-year-old female falling at an apartment on 1st Avenue with a possible broken hip.
March 25
Report of a lethargic female who hit her head on a cage on 8th Street receiving lacerations —reporting party believes she is using cocaine and saw a weapon, either a BB gun or a .22 rifle.
March 26
A driver reported a reckless driver following them on Teakettle Vista Place. Report of a hit and run on Nucleus.
