Mailer, website, is developer, not them

Columbia Falls and surrounding residents have been targeted with a mailer from FlatheadforSensibleGrowth.com. It is NOT related to the Upper Flathead Neighborhood Association despite the use of some terms that the Association uses in our mission statement. The flier has connections to Location Ventures, the company with two development proposals in the works east of the Flathead River.

In fact, FlatheadforSensibleGrowth.com, is a project of Strategies360, a “research, public affairs and communications firm” utilizing “strategic thinking” in “shaping business, politics and culture in the spirit of the West.” Location Ventures is a client of Strategies360. According to the Montana Secretary of State’s list of registered companies S360 is a “Foreign Profit Corporation” doing business in Montana. Flathead For Sensible Growth, as of March 10th, 2023 was not listed as a business in Montana. Do your research and draw your own conclusions.
