No. 1769 RESOLUTION NO. 414 DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED, OBSOLETE AND UNDESIRABLE PROPERTY A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 6, COLUMBIA FALLS, MONTANA TO DISPOSE OF ABANDONED, OBSOLETE AND UNDESIRABLE PROPERTY THROUGH THE SALES OR OTHER MEANS, AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 20-6-604, MCA. WHEREAS, it has been determined certain personal or real property as documented in a list available in the Columbia Falls School District Business Office has become abandoned, obsolete and undesirable by School District No. 6 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Trustees will dispose of this property through the sale or other means commencing on July 6, 2023 which will be at least 14 days after notice of this resolution has been made in the manner required in Section 20- 20-204, MCA. No. 1770 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FLATHEAD COUNTY PLANNING BOARD REGULAR MEETING The Flathead County Planning Board will hold their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, beginning at 6:00 PM in the 2 nd floor conference room of the South Campus Building, 40 11th Street West, Kalispell, Montana. During this meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing to consider the agenda item described below and make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners who will take final action. 1. A request from Suzanne Wahl, for a Major Land Use Review to allow for the construction of a guest cabin on property located at 1291 Belton Stage Road in West Glacier, MT. The property contains approximately 20.22 acres and is located within the Middle Canyon area of the C.A.L.U.R.S (Canyon Area) Zoning District. The property can legally be described as Tract 7B in Section 3, Township 31 North, Range 19 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. This item will be reviewed by the Middle Canyon Land Use Advisory Committee on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 @ 6:00 PM, at the Coram Fire Hall, located on Seville Lane, Coram, MT 59913 Documents and maps pertaining to these agenda items are on file for public inspection in the Flathead County Planning and Zoning Office, South Campus Building, 40 11th Street West, Ste. 220 in Kalispell.
