June 5

A disorderly driver followed a Doordash delivery driver and threatened to pull a gun on him, and then attempted to run over a resident on 6th Avenue. A person reported to police there might be a GPS tracker in their mother’s car left by her ex boyfriend. Report of a reckless driver speeding on their phone on 11th Avenue.

June 6

A resident was concerned that their neighbor had been gone for over a week and had left animals in their backyard on Crescent Drive. The owner told police they were camping and the chickens had plenty of food and water. Report of an older man pushing a wheelchair full of clothes on Highway 2, believed to be a resident of an assisted living home; police took the man to the hospital. A store manager on Highway 2 was having trouble removing a transient from their store property.

June 7

A woman called police for assistance after driving a quad along the railroad tracks near Talbot Road and flipped it, becoming stuck underneath it. Police responded to a suicide threat on Highway 2. A woman was slumped over the steering wheel of her car at a gas station on Highway 2. Report of police in a foot chase with a man at the Meadow Lake Golf Course.

June 8

Report of a stolen bicycle on Highway 2, a store employee chased the juvenile male down and got his bike back, made threats but no reported injuries. Report of a man lying in a ditch on Hilltop Road. An incident involving an accidental bear spray charge left three juvenile males blinded on Highway 2. Police responded to a suicide threat on Nucleus Avenue.

June 9

A female pulled into the police parking lot after being followed by a man with a beard carrying a hunting rifle in the back of their truck. Report of a vandalized fence on Franlou Park Lane.

June 10

A woman on 2nd Avenue told police someone was banging on her windows. Several children told their parents who told police that a friend of theirs was being abused. A man told police that someone put a “hit” on his head due to a drug related incident. Reports of loud music on Crescent Drive.

June 11

Reports that a juvenile female had stolen a road sign on Talbot Road. Parents called police concerned that they found video of their 14-year-old daughter smoking marijuana. Report of a waterline break that resulted in flooding on Grace Road. Police responded to a domestic dispute on 3rd Avenue.
