Lions Club announces two cool concerts

The Columbia Falls Lions Club will host two concerts this summer at Marantette Park.

The first is 7-8:30 p.m. July 27 as the Flathead Valley Community Band plays for Heritage Days. The club will also present its annual Citizen of the Year Award.

The second concert is 7-8:30 p.m. Aug. 10 featuring the Don Lawrence Orchestra. The event will be a tribute to the band’s founder, Don Lawrence and he will be honored by band members at the show.

Both concerts are sponsored by Glacier Bank.
