No arrest yet in Martin City hit and run fatal
There has been no arrest made in a hit and run that killed a woman June 18 in Martin City.
Kimberly Ann Gilham was run over by a former person she had a relationship with, according to neighbors.
According to a report from Montana Highway Patrol, the fatal incident happened at about 1 a.m.
A 38-year-old man from Columbia Falls was parked in a Chevrolet Silverado with Gilham when another man approached the vehicle and an argument started, the report states.
Gilham exited the pickup for unknown reasons and the man drove forward, running over the woman.
The pickup driver left the scene and the Gilham was taken to Logan Health Medical Center, where she died from her injuries.
The alleged perpetrator is apparently still on the run. A check of court and jail records at presstime did not show an arrest being made. The trooper investigating the crash could not be reached for comment.
