Tennis wins single matches, but no doubles
While they didn’t win team titles, the Columbia Falls tennis teams’ top players came out on top against rival Whitefish last week in their first home meet of the season.
Cloey Ramage and Lexi Oberholtzer won singles matches for the girls, and Jax Ramage and Logan Heupel won singles matches for the boys.
Beyond that, it was Whitefish’s meet, as they beat the girls 5-2 and the boys 5-2, sweeping the doubles meets.
The teams were scheduled to play Flathead and Glacier Tuesday at FVCC and then Polson at home Thursday.
