Bigfork got the best of Columbia Falls on the road last week, winning 3-1 in girls soccer.

The game was knotted up at a goal apiece late into the game until Bigfork’s Scout Nadeau scored two goals in seven minutes in the last 10 minutes of the game.

The Wildkats had a 1-0 lead heading into the break. Sydney Mann scored just three minutes into the contest.

Bigfork played a physical game on the pitch.

“They’re well coached,” Clark noted, but he said the Cats dominated the ball possession, but just couldn’t find the back of the net.

The Cats are now 3-2-0 and play Whitefish on the road Thursday.

Clark looks for the Cats to bounce back against the Bulldogs, noting they’ve only played one similar opponent in Lockwood, which both teams beat by a couple of goals.

Clark has confidence in his squad.

“This season is all about us, We have a high caliber soccer team and we can play straight up,” he said.
