Girls win Cut Bank time trials

Siri Erickson was second and Logan Peterson was 10th at the Mike Reynolds Time Trials in Cut Bank last Friday.

Erickson clocked a 20:47, about 16 seconds beyond winner Aizalyn Flaten of Great Falls CMR.

The girls had four runners in the top 10, as Courtney Hoerner took fourth, Marissa Schaeffer took sixth and Ally Sempf took seventh.

Ashley Andrews took 11th.

The girls won the meet, while the boys took fourth.

On the boys’ side, Peterson clocked a 18:34, while Quinn Clark was 14th with an 18:44.

The squads are at the Flathead Invitational at Rebecca Farms this Friday. The meet draws a host of teams from across Western Montana and is a challenging course.
