Audubon plans bird outing in Jewel Basin

Ornithologist Dan Casey will lead a trip to the Jewel Basin Hawk Watch site on Sunday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The second half of September offers peak numbers and diversity of passing raptors. We expect to see more than 100 hawks of 10 or more species, if conditions are right. The trip is limited to 10 participants. Please contact Dan at (406) 270-5941 to sign up and get more information.
