Girls drop Libby and Polson, play-in game determines fate

As expected, the Columbia Falls girls soccer team faces a play-in game against Bigfork for a Class A playoff berth.
The Cats play that game Wednesday (today) at 5 p.m. in Bigfork. Check the Hungry Horse News website for scores, photos and highlights.
The girls wrapped up the regular season last week with two wins, dropping Polson last Tuesday 9-1 and Libby 3-0 at home Saturday.
Freshman Mila Johns had her best game of the year against the Pirates with two goals.
Hope McAtee had two goals and six assists and Sydney Mann had a hat trick in the win over the Pirates.
If the Cats beat Bigfork, they would face Corvallis in the first round of the playoffs at home.
