A woman called concerned that her daughter’s father, who apparently had some custody rights, was not taking care of her and they were homeless or staying with friends in town. A silver F150 drove off after rearing into a tan camper van on Nucleus. A man called to say he lost his wallet at Mike’s Conoco.
March 23
On a phone call with law enforcement, a man threatened police claiming that they had stolen two of his vehicle’s titles, the man apparently had served seven years in prison and police who arrived confirmed there were no vehicle titles in the man’s house.
March 24
Reported theft of alcohol and assaulting a peace officer at a store on 1st Street by a suspect caught on a video camera with a rap sheet including Federal charges of criminal endangerment and traffic violations. A DoorDash driver reported being interfered with by a drunk employee who “slurred his words” while he was picking up an order.
March 25
Report of a female renting a white Toyota Camery from Budget Rental, getting a speeding ticket and not returning the vehicle after its return date. Several shots broke out near midnight but police were unable to locate any contact, police found several leads who refused to give their last names and the reporting party’s car was damaged.
March 26
A dog on Franlou Park Lane was reportedly left in the owner’s vehicle with windows slightly cracked, the dog had been barking for over an hour and the apparent owner had double parked.
March 27
A boat trailer broke down on 4th Street and needed a tow. Report of vehicle blasting music towards big red church near Ruder Elementary, unknown vehicle description.
