March 8
Police responded to an apartment after a witness called claiming to smell crack and sightings of other drug paraphernalia. Report of a missing female high school student, older sister claims she is at another male’s house. Report of possible verbal domestic abuse on Crescent Drive. A commercial building’s alarm went off on 9th Street, no suspects were seen.
March 9
Possible use of fraud involving an out of state doctor and picking up prescription drugs using Lyft and Uber. Report of four to five junior highage students were seen attempting to pick a lock to a backyard shed at a church. Report of two highly intoxicated individuals in a bar parking lot on Nucleus, police were called before they attempted to drive away.
March 10
A female was seen trespassing on Burger King property, she just wanted her paycheck. Several females raised a scene on after being asked to leave the residence they were staying at for two months.
March 11
Report of a dog being held captive, the owners asked someone to watch the dog while they were away and now the dog sitter is demanding $3,000 for its return. Police responded to a suicide attempt involving an elderly woman. A female tested .256 BAC and 20 minutes lated tested .306 BAC by CFPD, grandmother was contacted and claimed it was due to a medicine — BAC was not related to consumption of alcohol. The grandmother came later to pick up the truck she had been driving.
March 12
A person called to report a 9 mm pistol found in the back of his truck, so he brought it to the police station. He claimed it had just been sitting in the bed of his truck for an unknown time, and had rust on the barrel. Report of a parking lot accident involving two cars on First Avenue, one person refused to give insurance information and drove off.
March 13
Update on missing female from March 8, responded to sister on Snapchat, but refused to give location, thinks she is safe but police have idea on whereabouts.
Report of a suspicious bike being left behind at a home on 7th St. Report of dogs returned to owners.
March 14
Reports of a stolen saw, police believe it was sold to a pawn shop out of state. Eastbound black Camry seen driving recklessly down Highway 2. Report of a girl trespassing on 7th Street, she just didn’t know where to park
