The Blotter: Neighbors throwing dog poop at each other?

Ongoing feud between neighbors over dog excrement escalated to throwing feces with a shovel and brandishing a firearm. A father got his son’s bike taken away after getting lippy with a police officer. A towing company had to unlock an infant from a locked car near the preschool.

June 22

Report of a male in a white truck stealing a pink bike on 7th Street. A teenager in a ski mask threatened to shoot at some kids and was shouting racial slurs on 9th Street. A cat burglar was caught after trapping a neighbor’s cat and threatening to kill it in the woods after it had killed his pigeon.

June 23

A man claimed he was harassed by neighbors while mowing his lawn when they turned on the sprinkles. After getting his foot caught in a chair, a man fell over at a casino and went unconscious.

June 24

A gray truck was spotted doing donuts near a coffee shop on 9th Street. Several kids were seen shooting off fireworks out of trash cans at a park on Diane Road. Church members reported threats of vandalism after Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision.

June 25

A small black bear was seen running around the junior high soccer fields coming out of local neighborhoods, did not appear aggressive; bear was later seen running past the Dairy Queen.

June 26

A group of construction workers got into a verbal argument with some ‘tweekers’ who tried to drive through the site, which resulted in a physical altercation and the police were called so the tweekers left; no charges were filed.
