| January 26, 2022 6:55 AM

On Tuesday, Feb. 1, the Columbia Falls High School Choirs will present “A Night at the Movies” featuring talented solos, small groups, and performances from the choirs, all with the common theme of songs from the stage and screen. The show is a fundraiser for the choir department. Admission will be by donation, suggested donation is the cost of a movie ticket. Popcorn, Cotton Candy, and beverages will be for sale.

Students will be performing hits from musicals throughout the ages from the recent hit “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” from Encanto, to “You Will Be Found” from Dear Evan Hansen. There will be plenty of Disney represented with selections from Disney’s “Tangled” and “Hercules”, as well as classic musicals such as “Sisters” from “White Christmas” and “I Could Have Danced All Night” from “My Fair Lady”.

Columbia Falls High School students have been shining in recent years with the spring musical, and this night is all about featuring some of that talent by showcasing music from many different shows. This show is open to the public, doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the performance will begin at 7 p.m.
