Speech and debate does well at Glacier

The Columbia Falls speech and debate team took second among class A Schools to Frenchtown at the Glacier Yeti Class AA tournament in Kalispell.

“This season we have had a number of close tournament results with the first and second place positions usually coming down to just a few points in the final sweeps,” coach Dawn Roe noted.

The Wildcats were led by Eddie Chisholm and Emma Stephens, who took second in policy debate.

4th in Extemporaneous: Aiden Judge

4th in Informative: Ruby Davis

5th in Public Forum: Aiden Rohn and Brayden Crawford

5th in Memorized Public Address: Zack Tillman

6th in Informative: Carson Settles

6th in Humorous Interp: Ruby Davis

8th in Humorous Interp: Carter Harvey

8th in Original Oratory: Griffin Conger

The Wildcats wrap up the regular season with a tourney in Whitefish Saturday.
