Report of personal property theft on 5th St, the victim had been helping a friend who apparently stole their cell phone, portable battery charger and a bag of antique pennies. Report of a family with a child seen shooting a .22 rifle near the river. It is illegal to fire a weapon within city limits.

A 3-year-old broke their arm on Diane Street — was climbing a tree and fell off. Several noise complaints for Glacier Lanes; music was causing disturbances and shaking residents’ windows around midday.

A noise complaint on 7th Street involving very loud music that was disturbing local residents and two separate reckless drivers were reported.

Report of a disorderly man seen walking down 9th Street was intoxicated early in the morning and seen trespassing and also throwing his shoes into oncoming traffic, no weapons. Several reports of shots fired near Railroad Street possible rifle or shotgun, by a male at an unknown target.
