March 28

Report of a dog at large chasing a family walking their dog. A party reported seeing a large grass fire off North Hilltop Road, the fire was a brush pile that erupted from the wind, no one seen monitoring the fire.

March 29

A person reported being harassed outside Smith’s, a driver was taking pictures of them, claiming he would sue for millions of dollars, but did not give a reason. Report of a civil dispute on Talbot Road, police could overhear fighting and a pregnant woman being abused.

March 30

Report of a woman passed out in a vehicle outside of Autozone with two other passengers, reporting party believed they were intoxicated. Report of two high school students running onto Highway 2 playing chicken. Report abuse to a child on Nucleus, the child was removed from family and taken to a therapist.

March 31

Report of a dog attack on Dorothy Street, victim was transported to medical facilities. A father reported finding marijuana in his daughter’s bedroom. Police recovered a stolen vehicle on Berne Road, suspect in custody.

April 1

An Oregon man called claiming someone living in the Kalispell area was using his Social Security Number. Report of an 11 month year old swallowing a magnet, the baby was crying but was able to choke up the magnet. Report of a propane tank stolen off a camper on Darlene Street.

April 2

Reported theft at a store on Nucleus, a girl walked out with merchandise in her backpack, she was tracked on foot and dropped the stolen items. Report of grand theft auto by a suspected male with a rap sheet including resisting arrest and outstanding warrant, also stole a wallet and used card to fill up at gas station.

April 3

Report of a civil dispute between several parties in a field on Diane Road, a reporting party claimed someone pulled a gun on him, another party said that the man had gotten into a dispute with his daughter and the couple was just checking on them, shots were fired but no injuries reported.
