Sept. 20

Police were trying to track down a runaway juvenile who last had been at the Red Lion Inn in Kalispell. A woman claimed a large amount of money was gone from her bank account. A man came to the police department to pick up a motorcycle that had been stolen and recovered.

Sept. 21

Truck swerving through both lanes on Highway 2. A woman claimed she was being cyber stalked.

Sept. 22

A man was walking back and forth and talking fast on the street. A person was told to return shopping carts or he would be charged for theft. A girl ran away from a residence because her stepmother was hitting her. Report of three grizzlies on Crescent Drive. Someone heard shots and arguing, though it may have been people scaring away a bear in the area.

Sept. 23

Report of a raccoon hit by a car. Big argument about dogs. A man with dementia was causing problems at a home. Loud music at Glacier Lanes. Pokemon cards reported missing from car. Horses out on Highway 2.

Sept. 24

Black bear sow and cubs wandering around town. Ruder Elementary was holding a husky puppy that wandered on the grounds. A party complained his neighbor was watching him with a security camera. Road rage on Highway 2.

Sept. 25

Another reckless driver on Highway 2. Someone tried to pry open doors of business. Pawn shop turned in guns that were reported stolen — one was sold by the owner. An argument ensued between two parents over children on Nucleus Avenue. Highway Patrol stopped a rig going more than 100 in a 65 mph zone. After a traffic stop, two teens cited for minor in possession of alcohol.
