Corinne A. Barthel

Corinne A. Barthel, 68, of Columbia Falls, passed away on Feb. 25, 2021. Corinne was born in Whitefish to William Hartigan and Ruth Anne Greene and raised in Columbia Falls. She graduated from Columbia Falls High School. Later, she obtained her Associate’s Degree from Flathead Valley Community College.

Corinne remained in Columbia Falls where she raised her two daughters, Shaunda and Jana. She appreciated the beauty of the Flathead Valley, spending quality time with family at Hungry Horse Reservoir, Glacier National Park, and the numerous lakes and rivers in the area.

Corinne was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Shaunda Wenger and son in law Dave Ross; her daughter, Jana Edmondson and son in law Kyle; her grandchildren, Jacob Wenger (Mary), Kasey Labuda (Riley), Kian Edmondson, and Rio Edmondson; her brother, Michael Hartigan; and her beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Peanut.

A memorial service will be held at a later date, likely in the summer.
