Audrey Marilyn Michaelson Sedivy Worrell

Audrey Marilyn Michaelson Sedivy Worrell entered this world July 3, 1933 in Helena.  She left us Dec. 29, 2020 at the age of 87.  She was raised on the family farm  north of Hingham, Montana by her parents, Arnold and Tena Hagen Michaelson.  She attended school in Hingham and graduated valedictorian in 1951.  She was one of nine in her class and the last surviving member.  She married Vince Sedivy, Jr. Nov. 10, 1951.  They had five daughters together.  (Peggy, Marie, Jean, Gwen, and Jill).  They divorced in 1966.  After raising her daughters on her own, she met and married Irving C. (Jake) Worrell on Dec. 29, 1967.  They added one more daughter to the family, (Sarah).  They later divorced in 1982.

Audrey held many positions outside her home.  She worked at the school in the lunchroom, Todd’s Nite Owl, and the Park Theatre at the same time to make ends meet.  She worked for North Valley Hospital, Dr. Kauffman, and Ritchey, Riley, Shook Tire as a bookkeeper.  She worked a K-Mart for many years, retiring twice.  She volunteered with Foster Grandparents and also worked at Costco providing demos until she fully retired at 75.

She was a very strong independent women who lived life on her own terms.  She had a very distinctive laugh and you would know she was near because she laughed often. 

 She is survived by her daughters and their spouses/partners, 14 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.  Family services will be held at a future date.  Arrangements provided by Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls.
