The fee-free days are part of the Trump Administration’s unprecedented commitment to increase access, promote recreational opportunities, improve visitor facilities and conserve natural and historical treasures in national parks for the benefit and enjoyment of the American people.

The entrance fee-free days for 2021 will be:

Monday, Jan. 18 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Saturday, April 17 – First Day of National Park Week

Wednesday, Aug. 4 – Great American Outdoors Act anniversary

Wednesday, Aug. 25 – National Park Service Birthday

Saturday, Sept. 25 – National Public Lands Day

Thursday, Nov. 11 – Veterans Day

The park normally charges $35 per vehicle (winter rate - $25, Nov. 1 to April 30), $30 per motorcycle (winter rate - $20). The entrance fee waiver for the fee-free days does not cover amenity or user fees for activities such as camping, boat launches, transportation, or special tours.
