No. 1729 SECTION 00 10 50 - INVITATION TO BID Columbia Falls Schools District 8, 501 6th Avenue West Columbia Falls, MT 59912 will receive sealed bids until 3:00 p.m., local time. Tuesday, February 1st 2022, for the supply and install of furnishings for the New Glacier Gateway Elementary, Columbia Falls, Montana. All bids should be mailed and received or delivered by the above time to the District Office, 501 6th Avenue West, Columbla Falls, MT 59912. Bids will be opened and read publicly at 3:00 p.m. The work consists of supplying and installing furniture for the New Glacier Gateway Elementary, Copies of the Drawings and Specifications will be available for review by qualified Bidders at the Builder's Exchange website. Drawings and Specifications will be available Wednesday, January 12th, 2022 Each bidder shall have a current Montana Public Contractor's License of the proper class, as defined and set forth in the Montana Code Annotated. The project is also subject to Montana State Prevailing Wage Rate requirements, and the Montana Contractor's Gross Receipts tax requirements. Each bid shall be accompanied by lawful monies of the United States, or with a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order, or bank draft, in any case drawn and issued by a national banking association or savings and loan association located in the State of Montana, or a bid bond or bonds executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total net bid, made payable to Columbia Falls Schools District 6 as a guarantee of complete compliance with the specifications. Bids shall be submitted on a photo copy of the form provided within the contract doouments. Columbia Falls Schools District 6 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous.
