Report of a landlord that broke the lock on tenants door, party believed he violated their privacy. Black lab seen running at large on 2nd Ave. Threatening text sent from employee who was fired.

Report of a minor receiving a tattoo from a shop on Nucleus without parent’s permission. A vehicle was stolen on 9th St with the owner’s pit bull inside, the vehicle was later recovered with the dog intact. Reports of disorderly behavior on 11th St by a female who refused to leave the premises.
Nov. 24
Report of a burglary on 1st Ave, they left the front door unlocked. A construction trailer backed into a private residence on Cedar Pointe Loop, no injuries reported. Report of potential suicide based on conversation over text message.
Nov. 25
A party called to report their landlord was seen on video breaking into their private room, nothing was damaged. Another report of a landlord trying to evict tenants who refused to leave. A woman possibly with dementia was seen wandering, possibly causing self harm on 6th Ave.
Nov. 26
A landlord locked their tenant out of the laundry room of the building, refused to allow them to get their belongings, the tenant threatened to break in, but eventually got their laundry back. A woman had a seizure and had difficulty breathing on 4th Ave, called asking for medical assistance.
Nov. 27
An argument broke out at an apartment complex on 7th after a vehicle was towed, the owner claimed they had the right to legally park there. Reports of a motorcycle owner with a homebuilt bike driving fast and an aggressively loud muffler. A cow and its calf were seen at large on the side of the road.
Nov. 28
A dog owner reported that she could no longer take care of her animals, and the local humane society and animal shelter would not take them due to their aggressive behavior, and was referred to animal control. Verbal dispute led to physical interaction between two males and a female on Frontage Rd, apparently one of the males refused to leave which resulted in further escalation. Report of rocks being thrown through the window of a house on Kokanee Bend.
