Schweikert sets new mark for aces in a career

Wildkat volleyball defeated the Ronan Maidens Thursday evening in straight sets, 25-11, 25-17, 25-21.
Senior Hannah Schweikert broke the school record for number of aces served in a career, with her six aces against Ronan pushing the new record to 167. The previous record, 157, was held by Cydney Finberg in 2016. Schweikert also had 30 assists and seven digs.
Dillen Hoerner played strong, logging 11 kills, 10 digs and one block.
“Dillen Hoerner had an awesome all-around game tonight,” said head coach Jolandie Brooks. “[She was] both offensively
smart and aggressive. And defensively she was all over the court.”
Mady Hoerner had 10 kills and two aces and McKenna Rensel had 14 digs.
