Oct. 19

A woman wanted the police to investigate a crushed item in the street; it turned out to be a game camera. Reports of a lost puppy. Reports of mental health issues. Requests for a health checkup on an elderly woman.

Oct. 20

Reports of a runaway juvenile. A woman woke up to find her Prius’ front end and driver side door were smashed in a hit-and-run. A man was accused of harassing his female neighbor. Reports of sexual assault. A person frequenting a Nucleus Avenue store was making other customers feel uncomfortable. A man was seen walking down a street looking into the windows of parked cars. A woman was missing an antique dish from her home; it was unknown who had taken it. Reports of a fraudulent $351 charge on a credit card.

Oct. 21

A tree branch fallen on a power line was causing it to arc. A senior center employee requested a welfare check on an elder who had not shown up in several days. An apartment building’s alarm was going off during the night for no apparent reason.

Oct. 22

Someone appeared to be living out of a vehicle parked in a church parking lot. An ex-girlfriend was banging on a man’s door. Reports of a domestic dispute. An intoxicated male refused a ride when walking home.

Oct. 23

Reports of an aggressive dog near a school. A woman was seeing posts about her stealing items and wanted to know how she could clear her name. Someone wanted a small blue bicycle that had been lying in their yard for a couple weeks picked up. A woman sitting under a lamppost couldn’t remember her name and said someone had dropped her there and taken her possessions. Someone wanted to press charges for theft.

Oct. 24

A woman entered a car wash and was stranded after the business’ doors did not open. Someone’s mom was kicking him out of an apartment that three people were quarantined in. Two vehicles were parked so they were blocking a resident’s driveway.

Oct. 25

A man seen sitting on the outside of the railing on the viaduct said he had no suicidal intentions, he just liked the view. Reports of a runaway son. A woman’s drunk daughter refused to get in the mother’s vehicle.
