Reports of a drunk driver. Reports of a dog being left in a vehicle since the previous morning. A homeowner saw teenage boys jumping on cars. An older male driver was passing cars using the middle turning lane.
Reports of children vandalizing a building. Rocks were thrown through a window. A man on a scooter was advised not to drive on the roadway.

Reports of a woman being stalked. An unknown vehicle was parked half in the roadway and half in the lawn of a resident. A neighbor was dragging possessions out into the street again.
