A woman called to say she found a bullet hole in her closet, but she wasn’t sure when it happened. A runaway juvenile was reported. Police found her and released her to her parents. Reckless driver on Highway 2.

Jan. 18

A woman said her ex husband was harassing her.

Jan. 19

More loud music reported at the bowling alley. A woman in her 50s was outside a store in shorts harassing people, reporting party said. They’d already kicked her out of the store.

Jan. 20

A person found a wallet in her car after she helped some people get gas and she wanted to return it. A man was apparently stabbed in Hungry Horse. The hospital was reporting the injury to police. A drunk, mentally ill male was making threats.

Jan. 21

Someone found a bank card on the ground. A unruly female teen hit her mother and then apparently ran away from home.

Jan. 22

Report of reckless drivers taking selfies from a tailgate while they were driving around Columbia Falls. Report of tenants damaging a rental property.

Jan. 23

A dog bit someone on Diane Road. Loud music complaint on Fourth Avenue.

Jan. 24

Report of a Ford F-150 all over the road. Abandoned rig on Nucleus, but towing company said they didn’t have room on their lot to take it.

Jan. 25

A person flagged down an officer and told him someone was trying to break into their vehicle. Vehicles were gone through in Cedar Pointe neighborhood, but it didn’t appear that anything was taken.

Jan. 26

Possible sexual assault reported. A teenager beat up on a parent and then left the house.

Report of a couple screaming and slamming things, so the neighbors called the cops.
