A woman was trying to get into a hotel without her key or any ID and was yelling at the staff. Report of assault at the high school. Report of child sexual abuse.

Oct. 16

Report of someone living in a camper off Railroad Street. Report of a male who was an alleged “known thief” coming into a store to cash in rolls of quarters. A party that just bought a house said the previous owner keeps coming onto the property.

Complaint of loud music on Hilltop Road.

A woman said a guy kept whistling at her and making her nervous everytime she went to her carport storage. Animals in a house may have been setting off the burglar alarm.

Oct. 19

A woman said she was contacted by a party asking her to send $500 to him by Western Union, claiming he was a friend of the family. A man passed away in his home of natural causes. Bear in the garbage on Third Avenue.

Oct. 20

Reckless, dirty, blue Suburban was driving toward Columbia Falls and Highway 2. Driver appeared to by smoking something from a pipe. Report of a grizzly getting into trash on Second Avenue. Homeless people were camping in a tent under a carport on Martha Road.
