Oct. 1

Caller got a threat from another guy threatening to beat him up and write bad things about him on Facebook. A woman in a trailer was having a fit. Report of a teenage fight brewing in a parking lot.

Oct. 2

A big dog kept barking at a woman and was running loose, so she called police. Report of a kid that ran away from school. The child was found and returned. A man said his wife was doing voodoo in the house and was removed, but he was still worried about her welfare.

Oct. 3

A local photographer said someone was using its business name to lure girls to the Red Lion fraudulently. Child abuse report. That same loose dog as day before was running loose at the school now, barking at the kids. A sow and two black bear cubs were up a tree on Third Avenue. A man chased off some trespassers in his backyard.

Oct. 4

Report of a sexual assault. Two dogs fighting in a backyard and women couldn’t break it up. Wreck near Toftum Lane with possible injuries.

Oct. 5

Man worried about his sister who was doing meth. A person reported $300 worth of outdoor furniture broken on Grace Road. A person called police about a .357 a woman had that may have been used in a crime in Portland. A woman who was possibly on drugs was hiding under her bed with her daughter, worried about her ex committing a murder.

Oct. 6

A dog who was reported “starving to death” had food and water, appeared to be fine. A teen was receiving death threats by text.

Oct. 7

Police checked on a woman carrying a pink suitcase on the Highway 2 bridge. She wasn’t going to jump. She had set it down and said it just got too heavy to carry. A caller said someone took her son’s bike from the driveway and replaced it with another bike. A woman said she was punched in the face. Mailbox was wiped out on Fourth Avenue.
