Columbia Falls Police charged a Columbia Falls man with DUI and several other offenses after he drove a Ford F-150 pickup through two fences at the Centurylink facility in Columbia Falls, hit the side of the building, struck a parked rig and a bicycle before finally stopping on the edge of 6th Street West.

Jason Decker, 43, was charged with criminal mischief, aggravated DUI and reckless driving as well as other charges.

No one was injured in the wreck, which happened about 3:15 p.m. under sunny skies. Police gave Decker a field sobriety test and then took him into custody. Decker had a tough time getting through the test, or even standing up for that matter.

Decker apparently drove through the parking lot of the Gunsight Saloon and went through the fence, which is close to the back parking lot of the establishment.

The fence was completely destroyed, while the building had a chunk of brick taken out of the corner. The parked car had damage to the passenger side turning signal, bumper, and light.

Columbia Falls firefighters helped clean up the mess.
