April 22
Three juveniles were going to be charged for damaging a shed at the high school. Police wanted a bill for the damage so they could send it to youth court. Report of a train that was blocking 12th Avenue for 12 hours. Report of a woman who took more than 200 pills, according to the reporting party.
April 23
A woman claimed that someone was trying to blackmail her. Report of a drunk female in some sort of row with a male in a vehicle and then she jumped out of the rig near the waterslides. Party reported pit bull made advances toward him, but it was determined the dog wasn’t vicious. A woman asked for police help so she could get her things out of her ex-friend’s house.
April 24
Wallet found on 10th Street and later was returned to owner. It was apparently stolen from a vehicle. A student that tried to run away from school was caught and returned to its parents. Report of a male snooping around on Diane Road. Accident on Highway 2 as a truck and a VW Passat collided. Concern for children in vehicle, though it did not appear to be a high-speed collision. A woman called to say her son had just drank some bad milk. He was on the couch and “not doing so good.”
April 25
A car hit a bicycle near Glacier Bank. The cyclist, a youth, received some scratches and bumps but was not in need of hospitalization. A party was taking him to urgent care to get checked out. Report of a loose dog harassing people on Rapids Avenue. A man with mental health problems was threatening his own brother’s life. A woman called to say her son was going crazy and breaking things and she had a leg injury from where he threw her down.
April 26
Report of a male and female running in and out of old Plum Creek buildings. Reckless driver on Highway 2. Report of a girl with one shoe and one sock on who apparently drank a whole bottle of vodka at a McDonald’s was now in Havre and wasn’t sure how she got there, but she lived in Columbia Falls. Report of a bar fight on Nucleus, verbal only.
April 27
A woman called police because someone kept parking in the spot she pays for on Martha Road. Report of a female asleep on the sidewalk on Highway 2; she was able to get a ride home. Report of an 11-year-old that was out of control. Report of a suicide threat.
April 28
A woman was worried about threatening text messages from a relative. Fender bender on Fourth Avenue. Report of gun stolen from a vehicle. Report of noise from the bowling alley.
