June 18
Report of a couple fighting on Seventh Avenue. Report of a theft, but it turned out to be a cashier’s error. House egged on Grace Road. Four loose horses in the city finally made their way home.
June 19
Report of a stolen bike on Railroad Street taken on Sunday. A person was worried their oxygen would run out before a new regulator arrived, so they called for help. A couple got into a verbal fight on Diane Road and the woman banged her head backing up from the male. Someone punched a person’s window — it may have been a person they had a restraining order against.
June 20
Fender bender at Whitefish Credit Union. Report of a juvenile popping the tires on another kid’s bike. Report of a guy digging through the garbage in back of a business on Nucleus Avenue. Car wreck on Fourth Avenue; no injuries.
June 21
A woman was concerned that a man stuck a cat in his backpack. Turned out he was carrying it home for a friend. A woman fell and hurt her elbow.
June 22
Police ticketed a truck with a camper for parking on the street and the owner wanted to know what the protocol was so he didn’t get “badgered” again.
June 23
Plenty of threats in a dispute on Martha Road, but no fists, or bullets, were flying, even though there were guns in the house. A drain plugged and was backing up water into a garage on Talbott Road. Fight on Seventh Street — this one involved fists. Boyfriend and girlfriend were having a heated argument on Ninth Street. Complaint about “excessive noise” coming from bowling alley.
June 24
A poor, old dog was walking down Highway 2. A woman wanted some of her rent money back, so she called the cops. A person thought someone may have tried to steal their camper, because the blocks were kicked out.
