Lions concert

The Lions Club Concert Series will feature The Flathead Valley Community Band on July 25. Concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Marantette Park in Columbia Falls.

Free meal

Everyone is welcome to attend the free Canyon Community dinners held in the Canyon Elementary in Hungry Horse on the last Thursday of the month unless otherwise noted. This month it is Thursday, July 25 between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. The menu is barbecue delight, featuring hamburgers and Polish sausage on a bun, baked beans, chips, watermelon, and root beer floats. Open house

West Glacier’s Crown of the Continent Discovery Center, owned by Swan Mountain Outfitters, invites the public to attend a free celebration party for its five-year anniversary. The event will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 5:30 p.m. in West Glacier. Celebration includes complimentary food, bar specials, after-party pub trivia, live music, and La Casita Mexican Restaurant’s fantastic Taco Tuesday menu.
