This week’s community market at the Coop features Music by the Mac Band, beer from Backslope Brewery and spirits from Montgomery Distillery. This week’s market is sponsored by Berube Physical Therapy. Market runs from 5 p.m. to twilight Thursday night.
Science and history
Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park will host the 16th annual Waterton-Glacier Science and History Day on Tuesday, July 23, from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the St. Mary Visitor Center, located in St. Mary, in Glacier National Park. The event is free of charge and open to the public although park entrance fees are charged at the gate for people who don’t already have a park pass.

Lions concert
The Lions Club concert Thursday, July 11 features the guitar sounds of Montana Midnight. Concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in Marantette Park. Suggested donation or $3 individual and $5 for a family.
Garage sale
The Klothes Kloset will host a garage sale at their store at 286 Nucleus Ave. from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday.
Paints for Paths
The annual Glacier to Gateway Trail Pints for Paths is from 5 to 10 p.m. July 20 at the Heaven’s Peak Resort in West Glacier featuring 20 local breweries and live music by Dave Jordan and MIA from New Orleans. The annual benefit for Gateway to Glacier Trail promises an evening of great Montana beer, rocking live music and one of the best views around. It will have beers form local Montana and regional Breweries including Backslope Brewing, Bonsi Brewing Project, Flathead Lake Brewing, Tamarack Brewing, Kalispell Brewing, Great Northern Brewing Company, and Philipsburg Brewing, to name a few. Pints for Paths includes non-alcoholic soda, ice cream for floats, and food vendors. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the gate and are availablwe online at its website, gatewaytoglaciertrail.com or at the Stonefly Lounge, Hungry Horse Liquor, O’Brien’s Liquor and Wine, and Freedom Bank.
