Need a job? Get a job. Job Fair coming up next week
Columbia Falls High School will be kicking off it’s third annual “Bleed Blue” week Thursday, Feb. 21 as it hosts the 2019 Wildcat Job and Career Fair at the CFHS gym.
The job fair hosted more than 60 businesses at its inaugural event in 2018, many of which wound up hiring CFHS students for summer and seasonal jobs.
This year’s event will take place from 1-6 p.m. and will be open to all community members from 4-6 p.m. There is no fee to attend.
The job fair is just the first of several “Bleed Blue” events scheduled for this year as this year’s theme for the week is “Honoring Yourself and Others Through Service.” The events are designed to celebrate student successes this year while also promoting school pride.
There will be a free community dinner at the CFHS cafeteria from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26. The dinner will be followed by the 2019 Columbia Falls High School Talent Show at 7 p.m. in the Little Theatre. Last year’s event included musical performances, singing, theatrical skits and more.
The final event will be the “Bleed Blue” assembly at the high school at 10 a.m. Friday, March 1.
