Police investigating alleged armed robbery

Teens were caught last week in connection with an armed robbery in Columbia Falls.

According to a press release by the Columbia Falls Police Department, one of the robbers approached the victim behind the Dominos Pizza about 5:15 p.m. Aug. 6 and invited him into a car with the other two teens.

Once in the rig, the victim was held at gunpoint, and the suspects demanded the victim hand over any money. The victim gave them some cash and then he was pushed out of the car.

The robbers fled. The victim suffered minor bruises.

The suspects, identified as Conner and Cody Waggener, 18, and another person that was not identified because he was a juvenile, were later located at a home in Marion, where they fled on foot from Flathead County Sheriff’s Deputies.

The juvenile was caught and Conner Waggener were caught soon thereafter. Cody Waggener turned himself in the next day . A fourth individual, Lukas Davis, 19, who was also involved with the robbers and was sought by law enforcement, turned himself in as well.

The case is still under investigation.
