A mean dog that lunged at a person was loose on Fourth Avenue. Report of two males smoking meth in a parking lot. A woman was drinking in a store and then drove off. Report of a squatter on the river near Cedar Pointe.
March 28
A truck on Nucleus had its window broken out, driver wasn’t sure if anything was missing. Report of dogs being kept in cages, but police found nothing wrong with the dogs and there was no history of them biting other people, as the caller alleged. Road rage on Fourth Avenue West. A man was driving too fast, another guy stepped out onto the street to get him to slow down; words were exchanged and when the guy took off, he hit the pedestrian in the leg.

A woman asked for extra patrol near her house, as she was having problems with her ex. A business alarm kept going on and off near Highway 2.
March 30
Report of a rig going 60 to 70 mph on Third Avenue. Police reminded folks there is no open burning in the city. Report of a creeper on Second Avenue. Report of some juveniles with a possibly stolen minibike camping down near the river.
April 1
Report of road rage between a bicyclist and pickup driver after the pickup almost hit the bike. The two went their separate ways. A neighbor’s dog attacked another dog. Reporting party said this is the third time it’s happened. Fender bender on Highway 2.
