Janette A. Nicklaus, 80

Janette A. Nicklaus, 80, entered through the Gates of Heaven on Aug. 26, 2018 on the arm of her husband, Ray.

Janette was born in North Dakota, on Nov. 26, 1973.

Janette was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.

She married Raymond Nicklaus on Aug. 24, 1954.

Together they survived by their six children, Donald (Catherine) Nicklaus, Joan (Robin) McElrath, Betty (Donny) Whilhelm, Cheryl (Carl) Nelson, Karen (Leonard) Wilkey and Randy Nicklaus.

Janette and Ray resided in the Flathead Valley until 2003, when they moved across the mountains to Valier.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and one sister.

She is survived by two brothers, four sisters, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Janette is being cremated. A celebration of life will be Sept. 1 at 2 p.m. at the Outlaw Inn in Kalispell for Janette and Ray. Family and friends can also visit buffalohillfh.com to leave notes of condolences. Buffalo Hill Funeral Home is caring for the family.
