Big family argument on Seventh Street. A person reported a man driving what appeared to be a FedEx truck was going through mailboxes and tried to open his car. Car fire at Subway.

Nov. 15

Report of a child abuse, but police checked out the residence and child was well-fed, clean and the house was clean, contrary to reports of it being a meth house.

Nov. 16

Police made 10 traffic stops. Other than that, it was pretty quiet.

Nov. 17

Police countywide were searching for a U-Haul truck that may have stolen a camper near Glacier Gateway School. Someone called to say that their “ex wife just drove off with my son and she’s been smoking pot. Wait, maybe not.” A juvenile called to say he couldn’t go home because his parents will hurt him. A person tried to shoot themselves with a .410 shotgun but as they pulled the trigger, the barrel went forward and shot a hole in the ceiling. He voluntarily went to the hospital for a mental health evaluation. Police got a deer unstuck from a chain link fence.

Someone tried to pass a fake $50 bill at Glacier Lanes.

Nov. 19

Fender bender on Ninth Street. A mother-in-law was sending threatening messages. Police nabbed a stolen rig, but the party didn’t want to press charges — his son had borrowed the rig.
