Police arrested a man wanted in Kalispell on a partner-family member assault. He was armed, though complied with police and transported to Kalispell for further processing. A woman called to say another woman was passed out in the lawn. Not sure if alcohol was involved.
May 3
A person brought a check to the department that was a Craigslist scam. A woman wanted advice on getting rid of a pet rabbit that was left at her house. Report of a disturbance between a Northwest Energy serviceman and a landlord. The two said they were actually friends. A woman left a rice pack in a microwave and it burned. Fire was called initially, but then told to stand down.
May 4
The Post Office called to say they were having problems with a belligerent patron. The person left on their own accord. A woman called to say she was being stalked by a man who was a registered sex offender. Report of a rig that almost hit another driver head-on near Smith’s.
May 5
Possible fight on Third Avenue. A man called to see if the police could take his mugshot. Report of man taking steel and nails out of plywood that weren’t trash.
May 6
Report of a car weaving in and out of traffic on U.S. Highway 2 near the Catholic Church. A person called to say they took a photo of their mother doing meth and the mother tried to take the phone away. Report of a female being beat up at the North Fork Trailer Park.

Police checked on a male passed out in his car in a parking lot. Turned out he was fine, he was sitting in his rig using the WiFi when he fell asleep. An automatic fire alarm on Ninth Street was set off by burning food, not a structure fire.
