A memorial service will be held at 12:10 p.m. July 20 at St. Richard’s Catholic Church celebrating the lives of beloved siblings Greg and Debbie Taylor. An inurnment will follow at St. Richard’s Cemetery in Columbia Falls.

Greg was born March 23, 1954, in San Diego and raised in Hungry Horse. He graduated from Columbia Falls High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from Montana State University in 1976. Attending the University of Washington, Greg obtained a master’s degree in astronomy and a doctorate in geophysics.

He passed away June 3, 2015, at his home in Chico, California.

His intelligence, sense of humor, deep integrity, love of family and loyal friendship are deeply missed.

Debbie was born July 7, 1955, in Yankton, South Dakota, and also grew up near Hungry Horse Dam. She graduated from Columbia Falls High School and Montana State University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She lived and worked as a registered nurse in Hawaii, Texas and Montana, which is where her heart was always most happy.

Debbie quietly passed away at her home in Conrad, Montana, on Jan. 7, 2018.

Remembered for her compassion, witty humor, devotion to family and generous smile, Debbie is greatly missed.
